The Vauxhall Grandland Electric. What a gorgeous car! Loving everything about it so far. It’s a beautiful drive experience – smooth, solid, and confident. With its 73kWh battery, the Grandland Electric delivers a WLTP (formally tested) range of 318-325 miles, making it more than capable for daily drives or longer trips without the need to stop and top up.
Charging that fits your lifestyle
What’s even better? It’s fast to charge. When you’re at a public rapid charger, you can go from 10% to 80% in around 25 minutes at a peak rate of 160kW. That’s only about the time it takes to grab a coffee and stretch your legs – perfect for the kind of effortless electric life this car promises.
Interior & Price

Inside, Vauxhall nails the balance between modern tech and everyday usability. You get a tasteful blend of touchscreen and physical buttons. There’s no trying to tap tiny icons on the go, it’s just a very intuitive design. It feels robust and well-built, exactly what you want when it’s your daily steed.
And the price? Thanks to the Electric Car Grant, the Grandland Electric starts at around £34,500, with some deals currently dipping as low as £33,000. For the range, space, and quality you’re getting, that’s a bargain.
Roomy, practical, ready for anything

It’s bigger than I’m used to, but in a good way. The 550 litre boot (expanding up to 1,645 litres) handles whatever life throws at it. If my children were still small and prams were still a consideration, I’d be totally sold on the incredibly spacious boot.
A car that sparks conversation

This car turns heads. While I was snapping photos, a couple paused to tell me how lovely it looked, and just like that, we launched into a happy EV chat. In that rose gold finish, it looks like a stylish SUV with real character.
Verdict: Made for smart living
If you’re after an electric SUV that’s practical, stylish, and priced right, the Vauxhall Grandland Electric could be right up your street. It offers great range, seriously fast charging, spacious comfort, and a dash of elegance that makes switching to EV feel like an upgrade, not a compromise. And it drives like an electric dream.
